Our Hi-5 scheme is a triumph of substance over style. It allows you to pay some, all, or none or the performance-related element of our fee.

HI-5

HI-5 is the optional performance-related element of our fee. Unlike many performance schemes, which can be hellishly complex for both client and agency, the HI-5 scheme is simplicity itself – a triumph of substance over style!

We always work our socks off to deliver what we have promised – it’s a fundamental part of our ethos. In fact, we’re so committed to this aim that we are willing to allocate part of our fee as a performance-related element. If we don’t deliver the goods, you don’t pay this part of the fee – it’s as straightforward as that.

At the outset of each project, we thrash out a set of goals with each client (as you’d expect, we routinely do this for all projects, whether or not they sign up to HI-5). These might include directly measurable outcomes such as accuracy, sticking to budget and delivery to deadline, but it can also include less tangible elements such as responsiveness and ‘going the extra mile’.

Then we agree to set aside a portion of our total fee – up to 5%. At the end of the project, it’s up to you to decide whether to pay some, all, or none of this percentage, depending on how you think we’ve performed against the agreed criteria. We love this scheme because it gives some of the control back to you, the client, and it also helps to highlight areas where we can improve our service. So everyone’s happy!
