Every Boxer has a development plan, and we welcome re-investing back in our people. This takes the form of incentives and training - We’re a nurturing bunch of people at Box Clever and we believe in supporting the next generation of talent. From advisory roles at Princes Trust to presentations at local schools and colleges, we're always keen to give back. We had help to get here; it's only fair to pass this on. As a step in the right direction, every ‘Boxer’ gets four weeks of holiday in their first year and we also offer the Boxer Parent Plan, which allows parents the flexibility to work at home for up to 10 days a year. Our quarterly social fund encourages us to get out and about from the screens, and do those things that always get talked about the morning after! Each Boxer has a personal development plan and we contribute towards the costs of professional development courses. All staff undergo regular training to ensure they’re at the top of their game and firing on all cylinders.

We value our staff and we know it’s important to look after them! The concept of work life balance sounds great in theory but it’s hellishly difficult to achieve. We understand that our team need outside interests - and the time to enjoy them – to stimulate their creativity and to keep them happy and healthy.
After the first year, we also like to offer the odd treat including a 2-hour lie-in on your birthday! (if you're unlucky enough to have it on a weekday)
We also support a range of good causes. Each year, we choose a company business charity. This year, it’s Bliss and we regularly do things for charity.
